We rather randomly came across Angela after making a Zillow request to tour a home. That home did not work out but it started our home buying adventure with Angela. It is a difficult market for buyers and Angela gave us good advice based on our finances and where we wanted to buy a home. We also were doing all of this from another state. Angela went to every home we wanted to tour based on what worked with our schedules. She was very honest which we so appreciated being at a distance. There were several homes that had a pet odor and several where people smoked in the home. Angela let us know right away when she walked into the home. Ultimately, we put an offer in on a home in our preferred area giving us lots of space. When my husband came for the final walk through the morning that closing was scheduled for he noticed a significant issue that had not come up on the home inspection or pest inspection. Angela was able to get a new inspector out same day to get a second opinion on the issue. This then led to 10 days of negotiations with the sellers and their rather difficult realtor. Angela also spear headed the organization of repair companies keeping us updated along the way. Throughout the entire process Angela advocated for us and ensured that everything was made right with the home prior to us closing. We love our new home and can’t thank Angela enough for everything she did for us. If you are looking for a realtor in the Hampton Roads area, look no further! You have found a gem!
