After more than 13 years in the Real Estate business, I have a unique view of how I think of real estate and the clients I serve. I think of a Real Estate transaction as something that happens when people are going through life transitions - newlyweds buying their first home; growing a family; becoming empty nesters. Many times, I work with adult children who must sell their childhood home and just the emotional component of that sale makes it completely different than any other transaction. These are life transitions that just happen to involve buying and selling real estate.
