Since about 26 years ago when I and my family arrived in NYC, I've had my heart set on real estate. Having tried myself in a few fields and after quite some years as a successful programmer, I got my first broker license (I cannot believe that was 20 years ago!) and ever since live my passion.
A large part of my success as a broker comes from the fact that I truly love and enjoy what I do. Every time I help my clients find their dream home or get a good deal, I feel I am part of their joy and their accomplishment. After all, buying or selling a home is one of the major decisions in many people's lives and I put my heart and soul in making sure that their experience is as pleasant, easy, and stress-free as possible. Understanding my every client's unique needs and preferences and finding a good match for those is my #1 priority.
Striving for excellence and my clients‘ satisfaction are not empty words for me. This is what I believe in and this is what I go by as a professional. This is why many of my clients come back to me again and again with all their real estate needs.
Once a newcomer to New York myself, I often help those who have just arrived in the Big Apple. I speak fluent Russian and work a lot with Russian-speaker clients.
