Angelena and Carlos were such a pleasure to work with! They are so kind and our family was beyond blessed to be able to work with such talented and extremely knowledgeable professionals. I could go on and on about this team. From the moment we spoke on the phone last Fall 2023 to closing in September 2024, they have been the most helpful people, always looking out for our best interest, paying so much attention to detail and notifying us of anything and everything to do with our search for a new home in Columbia, SC. Their patience and understanding is unmatched and more than anybody could ask for. Angelena knew exactly what we wanted, what we were looking for, and even entertained our ideas of other properties. I honestly wish there were more businesses that operated like Deals with Angie Team. Dedicated, hard-working individuals, who really care about providing the best service and being our biggest advocates.

Having Angelena McFadden on my side during this process has been a blessing! I could not imagine doing this with anyone else. From our first phone call, closing, and shortly after moving in she has been amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. This is my second time using Angelena to purchase a home. The reason I used her for the second time around was because she was knowledgeable, great with negotiating as well as her accesible network of skilled professionals needed when closing a home. This time around was no different. I was also also selling my first home which brought about additional speed bumps that she was able to navigate through effortlessly. Angelena always maintains a positive attitude in spite of the mini obstacles we faced. If I move again she will definitely be my go to.

There is so much to say about Angelena and her team. She has helped myself and 3 of my friends and sister find homes. I was referred to Angelena by a friend and reached out for information only. I was not confident and didn’t think I was ready bc of my situation. I just wanted to know what to do. Angelena was so knowledgeable and opened doors for me that no other realtor in the past was willing to do. I was denied 3 times in the past with no suggestions on how to improve my chances. Angelena was supportive from day one and I was able to start my home buying process and close on my home in less than 3 months. I highly recommend Angelena McFadden. She is outstanding! She and her husband went above and beyond to find us incentives, discounts, low or no down payment, low or no closing costs, etc. I have never seen anything like it! Their professionalism and passion to help people find their home is unmatched in this industry. She explained everything to us from beginning to end, and from top to bottom. Even though we were looking for lower than the average priced home in this market, she still treated us as if we were million dollar clients! By the time we found her, my husband and I had gone through a few realtors already. We had been looking for a home since November of last year. Angelena is a consummate professional! She sat down with us and took the time to really get to know what we wanted and didn't want. It's because of her that we were willing to make the transition to considering a new build rather than an existing house. Even after we made the transition, she was only ever a call or text away when we had questions, concerns, or just needed someone to talk us down off a ledge! Her knowledge and ability to remain calm under all circumstances kept my wife and I calm throughout the process. As a disabled vet and foster parents our schedule could be very hectic, but Angelena was always willing to work with us. If we ever buy another house I don't want to work with anyone else!

This was a long trying experience, however, Angelena made it bearable and she eased me right on through it. She kept me motivated through out the process.
