I had what I would consider a perfect experience selling my home with Angie! Angie’s extensive experience and knowledge of the Apollo Beach/surrounding market area really made an impact on getting my home under contract quickly, and for top dollar. Communication is very important to me and she was always available for me, as if I was her only client. Buying/selling a home has been very stressful for me in the past and I felt as if I was doing all the work, that was not the case with Angie. Angie guided me through the entire process from start to finish, arranging everything needed to expedite and finalize the process without any hold-ups. I thought of buying directly from a listing I saw on the internet and hoped to get a discount on fees because there was no buyers agent. I'm so happy I didn't. Angie showed me several places and I did end up buying the one I had originally been looking at, but she added so much value! She was proactive, getting all the paperwork done for the offer, scheduling the inspection, counter offer in consideration of the inspection and more. I didn't have to do anything but make decisions. Well worth any discount I may or may not have gotten.

If you are in need of a realtor honestly look no further! My sister found Angie through a recommendation and recommended her to my husband and I and I am so thankful. We get to know Angie via Zillow real estate contact. She met us for the last-minute appointment on a Sunday late afternoon and gave us a house tour. We love her immediately. She is professional and also pragmatic. Even though we did not offer to purchase that house, we knew we wanted her to be our real estate agent. It’s a super competitive market to buy a house in Sarasota, FL. Angie did an amazing job to helping us find our home. I traveled to Florida to do some work on my property and inquire about selling it. I interviewed several real estate agents to find somebody that I felt was competent enough to work with me, and get exactly what I wanted for my property. Of all the agents I met, Mrs. Barber was the only one I was willing to work with, the only one that agreed with me on the value of my property, and most importantly the only true professional I met there. Mrs. Angie listed my property over 10K of what other agent's wanted to list it for. The other agents in my opinion were just looking for a quick pay day, and my concerns were secondary to that. Mrs. Angie was not afraid to tell me what I needed to do to get what I wanted for my property. In the end my property had multiple offers in less than 2 days of being on the market for more than it was listed for, it was sold for more than it was listed for by the time I had gotten home. Mrs. Barber is a true professional.
