Angie Kuehner

Angie joined Civitas in 2009 and brings twenty-five years of experience to the table.

Angie’s background includes commercial management for Class A and Class B buildings including over 1.5 million square feet in 3 states. In addition to her commercial background, Angie’s experience encompasses residential management for Class A apartment communities and residential sales of over $5 Million annually for several years. As liaison between the Board of Trustees, developers, and builders, Angie has been responsible for the enforcement of HOA guidelines to support community harmony and maximum values. Angie has worked for such companies as American Spectrum, Sansone Group, and McBride & Son Homes.
