Anita Bates

After selling real estate in Alaska for more than 25 years, Anita has had the pleasure of assisting many Buyers and Sellers in achieving their real estate goals. Anita doesn’t sell real estate. She educates, guides, counsels, and provides resources and information that helps her clients make the best real estate decisions for themselves and their families. Anita’s goal is to be a trusted advisor, to create a relationship with her clients that extends beyond the closing of the transaction and to be their real estate resource before, during, and after the sale.

Anita is active in her industry and has served as President of the Alaska Multiple Listing Service, Anchorage Board of REALTORS®, Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), and chairperson of the State of Alaska Real Estate Commission. She looks forward to meeting and working with you!
