I had the best experience with Anita. I was a first time homebuyer and she helped me every step of the way. Anita was very resourceful and knowledgeable about the Market that I was considering buying my home in. She managed to get me the best deal possible and I also walked away with some money which was a plus. I’m Sure this won’t be the last time we do business together.

I used Anita as my realtor in March of 2020 to purchase my very first home. She was very detail oriented and was sure to meet all of my needs. Even with things that I didn't know I needed. When I had questions she was there to answer them day or night. So very intuitive and knowledgeable, which is why I'm keeping her! I'll be utilizing her services for years to come. Anita helped me with the recent purchase of my dream home. From the very beginning, she was in tune with all of my needs. I expressed to her the area I wanted to live in and my budget, and she considered everything.

I initially apply for a loan with a lender, and I wasn’t pleased with their terms. I expressed this to Anita and to my surprise she put me into contact with another lender that she works closely with. Let’s just say it was a perfect match!

Anita was there anytime I had a question about the home buying process. She was always there for reassurance anytime I was in doubt.

During my home buying process, I had to get two inspections on my house. Not only did Anita assist me with finding a creditable inspector at a great price, but she also paid for the second inspection. It doesn’t get any better than that!

I always heard that the home buying process is so stressful, but I can honestly say that with the help of Anita and my lender it was a breeze. ❤️
