Anita’s extensive background in the financial industry, had her focused-on relationship and project management. These positions gained her recognition by her customers for her ability to listen, empathize, respond and negotiate, based on each of their individual needs. These qualities have carried over to her real estate success. Born and raised in New Castle County where she continues to live as her primary residence, as well as a long-time secondary resident of Lewes Delaware, Anita is more than familiar with the unique communities that this “small wonder” has to offer her clients.
