Anita is awesome. She is very helpful and really looks out for you and takes all matters into consideration when looking and for houses. She puts in her input and will not show you anything less than. She is very consistent with keeping you on track and her communication is amazing. Anita has been my realtor for almost 1 year and I must say if I didnt have her in my corner I wouldn't have closed on my 1st home. Over the months she became family and I'm so grateful that we was able to work with eachother. Anita is and will be my go to realtor in the future.

In December 2019 I found my dream home. Anita Harding-Green was referred to me by a co-worker who has worked with her in the past and recommended her to other friends as well. I called Anita and immediately she was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and assuring me that we would go see homes right away. Later that same day after our conversation Anita has sent me several listing to go view. Sometime later that night a new listing popped up on my app and I texted her about the listing. I wanted to make sure we would be able to see it since it was so last minute. Anita texted me back that same night and informed me that we were able to go see the house the next day along with the other houses she had on her list.

The very first house we went to view was the house that popped up on my app that evening. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew right away this was the one but, I looked at a few other listing just as a back up. After a few more showings I assured my realtor that I wanted the first house we saw and to put the contract in. Anita became my best friend she guided me every step of the way. She made sure as we moved forward that I was well informed and that I was in agreement with everything taking place. She truly was my best teammate and a great negotiator. She knew what was around the corner before we approached anticipating every move and ready to counter professionally.

After looking back on the entire experience, the negotiations, home inspection, helping communicate to lenders, getting us to closing on my dream home, I realized I could not have done this without having a great agent and considered myself blessed to have Anita Harding-Green as my Realtor. I highly recommend Anita to any one who asks me.

Anita sold my family our first home. When I decided to move I immediately went back to her for assistance. Once again it was a breeze. I feel like I got the house I wanted, in the best school zone, for the right price and in an awesome neighborhood. She was so knowledgeable about the things to look for to ensure we were getting the best bang for our buck. She’s one of the best and they don’t make them like her anymore. I felt it was solely about my family’s needs and wants and not her pockets. She’s simply the best and I highly recommend her.
