I have been licensed since 1996, obtaining my brokers’ license in 2002. I know that buying and selling a home in Atlanta is often a complex, sophisticated, and sometimes confusing endeavor. That is why I believe that education is essential. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). In addition, I have received certification as a Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD ®) training. The learning process is never ending, the more I know, the better I can assist my clients.
It is important that I provide top-notch service to my buyers and sellers, to gain their confidence and trust. Clients appreciate flexibility, patience, and the willingness to listen AND hear what their needs and wants are, in a no pressure environment. In order to accurately price and market a home, negotiate an agreement; superior negotiation and analytical skills are necessary.
