Ann’s wine country lifestyle is a dream come true. She moved from Chicago (Oak Park) to work on the Pacific Coast stock exchange in San Francisco. When Ann started her family, she moved to Healdsburg and sold real estate for nine years. She then segued into the wine business where she learned about vineyards, wine production, and marketing. After seven years, she returned to real estate sales, ranging from counseling first-time homebuyers to negotiating complicated issues involving land sales, vineyards, and winery permitted properties.
