Who is Ann?

Ann has been a top salesperson and later a senior manager in the Delaware Beaches vacation market since 1987. Her specialty is retirement homes, investment properties, vacation and second homes. She believes it is possible to achieve both your financial and personal goals at the same time by investing in real estate at the Delaware Beaches. Something that no other investment can compare to.

Other than almost 40 years in the real estate industry, Ann is committed to the community. She and her husband have raised their children in Bethany. Her daughters own a fudge/ice cream/coffee shop in downtown Bethany Beach known as Three Blonde Bakers.

Ann is active in the community currently serving as an election official for her town and on the professional standards committee with the Sussex County Board of Realtors. She has served on various boards and is a former Delaware Real Estate Commissioner, a position appointed by Delaware's governor.

Ann Baker is a miracle worker and the most patient realtor out there. She knew our ridiculous wish list and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. After many years of patiently waiting on us to commit to a house, she was able to find the unicorn home we had been after for all these years. She held our hand through the entire process and while I don't plan to move again, if I did she would be my first and only call!

Ann has lived and worked in the Bethany Beach area for over 30 years. Her knowledge of all of the different communities is incredible. She has helped me buy 3 properties over 25 years. She is a great listener and really works hard to find what her clients are looking for. Many of her customers are repeat customers, like me, because we just love how Ann makes the sometimes stressful job of house hunting easy and fun! I'll only use her for any of my real estate needs.
