Ann Baker

Antoinette “Ann” Baker, a native of Atlanta, is a Georgia real estate broker, Co-Founder of TKB & Associates - a residential real estate team based out of Smyrna/Atlanta, GA. Ann became a licensed Realtor in 2015 and has worked full-time in the industry since November 2018 as a top buyer’s agent in her market. Ann started her career in real estate at Keller Williams Realty and since has worked her way to Co-owner of her own real estate firm. Ann has an Associate of Science degree from Georgia Perimeter College.

Prior to Real Estate, Ann worked for more than 25-years for one of the largest home improvement companies in the world. While working in retail, Ann held many roles from front line cashier to compliance manager where she had responsibility for the growth, development, and productivity of 50 or more associates, the development and implementation of medium to large technology projects, and Manager of a compliance specialty team. Though having a thriving career in retail, Ann decided to join her daughter full-time and commit the remainder of her working days to servicing her daughters’ dream of owning her business.

Ann brings a wealth of knowledge on local communities, current market conditions, and the home buying and selling process. Ann strives to provide exceptional service every step of the way, so she can provide every client with a real estate experience that exceeds their expectations.
