Working with Ann was great, again! We've now used her twice and can confidently say, we've found OUR realtor. We were moving from out of state and during a very active real estate market period. Not only was it challenging to target homes we wanted to see, but we had to coordinate with traveling in to see them before they were already under contract. Ann was flexible with her time to meet our travel needs and ensured we had a good action plan to get in and see the homes we wanted and get a strong, competitive offer in quickly! She was patient and truly listened to our needs.When we started to feel defeated, she was our cheerleader. When we had questions, she was responsive, professional and shared her expert knowledge. Can you find other realtors that can get the job done? Sure, but Ann is a step above the rest. She's professional and her expert knowledge in her field is evident. But above that, she is personable, honest, compassionate and those qualities really help ease your mind in a time that can be stressful.
