Ann Byer

Ann Byer has lived in Chester County since 1992. After working for many years as an Engineer and Project Manager, Ann found her true passion in real estate.

A successful real estate transaction depends upon the ability to navigate complex decisions. Ann prides herself in providing her clients with all the information necessary to assist them in making the best real estate investment decisions. Her knowledge of the industry and familiarity with the area allow Ann to provide her clients with the best representation possible.

Ann is a full-time Realtor who loves Chester County and thinks this career is as much fun as it is rewarding. In her spare time, she likes to play bridge, pickleball and golf. She has served on the Board of Safe Harbor of Chester County, a homeless shelter. She currently serves on the Technology Committee at Keller Williams Exton and teaches tech classes. She volunteers at her church doing projects to help those in the community and globally in need. She was recently given the Cultural Icon Award in her office, as she demonstrates the core values of Keller Williams – such as promoting a win-win outcomes, helping others in the office to grow their business, and showing leadership qualities.
