Ann Larkin

Ann Larkin has been a real estate agent since 2014 and has lived in Putnam and Westchester County since 1981. She originally moved up to Garrison from the Bronx with family and settled down in Croton-on-Hudson to raise her kids. Living in the suburbs reminds Ann of growing up within walking distance to the Bronx Botanical Gardens, where she spent many hours playing among the beautiful gardens, having picnics by the lake and exploring the many plants that grow there.

While raising her kids, Ann volunteered in the School PTA’s, Girl Scouts, Little League, and Croton Community Coalition. She worked for 17 years as a teacher at a local nursery school before starting her real estate career. Ann is passionate about helping her clients achieve their dreams of selling or buying their homes. She has continued her education in real estate by becoming a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Ann has been recognized by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services with the Honor Society Award for 2019 and 2020.
