What sparks your Passion?!?!

Greetings! I am Ann Marie Allen. My simple answer to the question is REAL ESTATE!

I've been a Las Vegas resident for over 30 years, so it's safe to say Las Vegas is home! As a kid, I loved browsing through home improvement magazines, watching HGTV, and driving through different neighborhoods with my parents to view properties. My professional career started in the hospitality industry, servicing VIP guests and later transitioned into a Solutions Analyst role in the IT realm.

In 2017 I decided to pursue my passion and become a REALTOR®. This journey has been fulfilling and rewarding. 20+ years in the hospitality sector has allowed me to leverage my "people skills" to build fruitful relationships with my clients. My understanding of the real estate market is deep. I've been able to utilize my knowledge and expertise to successfully navigate my clients through the complexities of this industry.

In 2023, I obtained the Military Relocation Professional designation through the National Association of Realtors. Both my parents are Veterans and I've proudly assisted many Veterans with their home buying/selling process. I will always strive to add value and provide resources to my clients.
