I have worked with Ann Marie for the past 10 years and she is the best. She does a great job on marketing your property whether it is selling the property or leasing the property. She is knowledgeable in all there is to know about real estate and hustles to get the job done. She has become a personal friend through the years and I trust her above all else! I would recommend her to anyone and have several times!

This was our third time working with Ann Marie. When we decided to sell our house this time, we knew exactly who to go to, to help us with the sell. We didn't even think twice about going to another realtor. Ann Marie came in, reviewed our home, and advised on what needed to be done to best represent the it. Her suggestions were not unreasonable, and when we were in the negotiating phase with the prospective buyer, they didn't make any special requests, and I attribute this to Ann Marie as she is so in touch with the marketplace and what buyers want. She negotiated a selling price above the buyers 2nd offer that gave us a larger budget on our new home. We found our perfect new home and were all prepared to have an easy transition between the sell of our home and purchase of the new. However, there were problems with our mortgage company and the appraisal. Ann Marie did not let this deter us from getting the home of our dreams. She immediately put actions in place to allow us to get a proper appraisal and closing. She is a real team-player and worked well with the selling realtor to get us into the home quickly so that we could move directly from our old home into the new one, without having to stay elsewhere for a period of time. Ann Marie has repeatedly proved herself to be knowledgeable, thorough and proactive in dealing with any conflicts that arise. She worked very hard for us and kept our best interest at heart. I have recommended her to family and friends as she is truly a professional and we have never been disappointed.
