We've used Ann twice in the last 6 years to sell a home and she is simply the best. She is extremely knowledgable, well experienced, highly professional and very responsive. She knows the market and all the difference circumstances sellers can find themselves in and she helped us immensely, especially with the most recent sale where we were dealing with a very challenging buyer and some challenging circumstances. We were remote and she was our eyes, ears and in some cases our hands too. If it were not for her efforts and attention to detail, we would not have crossed the finish line, but we did and she sold our home! Ann is an absolute pleasure to do business with and we highly recommend her!!!

I cannot recommend Ann Marie enough. She helped us navigate buying our first home in a difficult market. She was professional, helpful, warm and kind. She was available to answer questions and phone calls and really listened to our priorities and needs. She asked the right questions and looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. Even after our closing, she has checked in on us and made sure everything felt right. Ann Marie gave us the best service for both the purchase and the sale of our two homes. She always took our calls immediately or returned our calls quickly. From the very beginning to the end she was with us all the time making recommendations and guiding us throughout the process.

Purchasing, she brought many details to our attention and followed through with the builder to make the purchase of a new build as complete as possible. She has expertise in new home building that many other realtors do not have because her family is in the home building business. That made her an invaluable asset dealing with our builder.

On the sale of our home she made sure we kept on task and helped whenever we needed assistance. She made sure that we had the appropriate folks working with us to get all we had to do completed and see us through the house closing. She guided us to make the most profit on our home.

This is the second time we have worked with Ann Marie. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to what to look for in a house. Ann Marie consistently adjusted and used new strategies when it comes to buying a house in a crazy market. She managed to sell our house and find us a new house and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I were purchasing a house the Ann was selling and even though we did not have a relator ourselves, she helped us through the whole process. She was always quick to respond, and very knowledgeable, and she was sincerely happy for us when we closed on the house. She even came back about a month later when we were settled in to see what we had done with the house and brought a very thoughtful house warming gift. I feel like even though we never new Ann before this sale, I think of her as a friend and would definitely call upon her in the future for any selling needs for me or my family.

Ann Marie helped my wife and I during a very difficult time! We started searching in March of this year, when we were just starting all of the restrictions and difficulties of COVID. Having never bought a house before, we had NO idea how the process worked, but Ann Marie was there every step of the way, at any time of the day, ready to answer our questions or lend a hand. Over 3 months, we made NUMEROUS offers, but surprisingly, the market kept getting the better of us. Ann Marie never lost faith, and helped us keep ours. Finally, after numerous zoom tours, and 15-minute limited in-person tours, we finally found a listing in Webster, which was our first choice. I can remember how exciting it was to hear ".... you got a house!!" 45 minutes after we made the offer!!

Thank you Ann Marie; we could NOT have done it without you! You took the time to listen to us, bolster us, educate us, and give us all the information and support we needed, and THEN some! Because of you, my Wife and I can start the next part of our lives as homeowners!

Trying to find a home during COVID-19 initially seemed impossible, until we worked with Ann Marie Gasbarre. Always smiling and kind, she made sure that we knew what we wanted and that she understood exactly what we were looking for. She walked us through the new safety policies and procedures and talked us through each Zoom tour, using her expertise in the market to steer us toward better and better houses until she helped us find our home. We are now so, so happy; she found us better than what we were dreaming of!
During the process, Ann Marie answered her phone every single time I called (which was sooooo many times!) and promptly responded to aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall of my texts. She went over the process so I knew what to expect, provided thoughtful suggestions on things that I would have never even thought to think of, demonstrated her knowledge of the market and what to look for in a home, and was the most amazing resource. She immediately instilled trust with her warmth and her desire to help and was such a delight to work with every step of the way. I am thrilled that she found us our home, but I sure will miss working with such a wonderful woman!

Ann Marie did a wonderful job for us. We contacted Ann Marie and the next day she came and took pictures for the listing. Our house sold the first day. She connected us with a fantastic moving company, Peace of mind Movers. Ann Marie then called regularly and helped us with the necessary paperwork that was needed. She also helped us get in contact with our buyer to see if he was interested in purchasing certain items we were not taking in our move.
