A graduate of Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia, Ann McAfee is currently the Broker/Owner of three RE/MAX real estate offices in Northeast Florida.
Licensed in 1978, Ann has successfully traversed the ever changing real estate landscape, becoming a top producing agent at another local company before deciding to bring the RE/MAX brand to greater Jacksonville and the Beaches.
In 1986 she founded RE/MAX Specialists in Northeast Florida and has maintained a dominant market share consistently. The RE/MAX Specialists San Jose office was recently recognized by RE/MAX International as the #1 Office in the entire Florida Region in Transactions per Agent. In addition, it has remained the number one office in the Northeast Florida MLS region in sales for seven consecutive years.
Ann insures the offices maintain a strong sense of community by donating time and funds to various local causes. Each office is also designated a Miracle Office with proceeds from each sale being donated to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
