Ann Morreel

Ann Morreel is a Belgian American licensed associate real estate broker in New York. She grew up in Antwerp, Belgium, in a family deeply immersed in property holdings and the retail industry, which provided her with a solid foundation to build her career in the vastly competitive market in New York.

A full-service broker, Ann works closely with a top-tier team of real estate attorneys, mortgage bankers, accountants, architects, contractors, interior designers, and gardeners to help with all aspects of her local and global clients' needs when buying, renting, and selling property. She is a member of the E&V Elite Awards Club. She has featured properties in the NYT, WSJ, NYMagazine, Architectural Digest, Forbes, Million Dollar Listing NY, and Open House NYC on cable television networks.

She earned her BFA-MFA from RADA and has an associate degree in Business and Economics from the University of Antwerp. She was a regular on Belgian television series and television shows in New York. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild—American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Ann is involved in various non-profits, including The Wild Bird Fund, Arthur's Acres, and Vet Crew.
