Ann is very professional in her approach with customers. She portrays qualities that cater to the customer creating an environment that makes them feel comfortable all while having a phenomenal level of patience. I can’t stress this enough because she stayed with me through the painstaking process, showing me tons of houses and never once pushing me to make a decision that I wasn’t ready to make. I felt happy and confident in my decision to buy the right house because I was given the opportunity to take the approach I wanted for the betterment of my finances and future. I know for certain that if any of my friends or family are looking for a house I will definitely recommend Ann Murphy.

We are so happy that we found Ann Murphy! Before Ann, our search for a good rental was not going well at all. She offered her assistance after we found her through another property. We were soon blown away by her ability to quickly locate great options for us. She listened to us and accommodated our specific needs, which included a tight budget and two pets. We knew that the very first property we toured with her was the one (though she had others lined up for us) and she made the entire application and lease process very smooth, easy to understand, and was a great resource for us in getting everything in place. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, Ann always made herself available. From start to finish, working with Ann was an absolute pleasure and we couldn't be happier or more grateful that she took the initiative to help us. Thank you, Ann!
