Ann Ngo

A licensed real estate broker since 1991, Ann Ngo brings to her venture 30 plus years of successful business experience. She holds a dual degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and effectively employs her strong analytical and problem solving abilities in the skillful representation of her clients. A resident of Newport Coast since 2001, Ann possesses vast area and product knowledge, which she utilizes in the design, implementation, and execution of her successful marketing and sales campaigns.

Furthermore, she is fluent in Vietnamese a unique skill that allows her to communicate and identify with a diverse audience both locally and internationally. Deeply vested in her community, Ann maintains strong commitments with various philanthropic organizations and has served on the Ocean Heights Board of Directors in Newport Coast.
