Being raised in upstate New York, Ann fell in love with the Southern California coastal lifestyle as soon as she came here. She vowed to always live within a mile from the beach for the rest of her life, which led to the desire of making other people's coastal living dreams come true too. She soon found that being a beach areas specialist was her calling. Ann gets to know each of her clients personally and continues to have a close relationship with them even after their transaction closes.
