After my apartment complex changed hands this winter and kicked everyone out, the other rental options in Nashville looked pretty bleak. A couple friends suggested that I look into buying something, but I hadn't really considered that as an option. I reached out to Anna through a mutual friend, just to get some input and see whether this was a viable thing for me to pursue. From there, Anna totally took the reigns and walked me through every step. She understands how quickly the Nashville market moves, and she was on top of every detail from start to finish. I was updated about new listings in my price range and area of town daily, often getting tips about properties before they were officially on the market. She worked with my schedule to show me properties I was interested in as soon as possible, and when I found one I liked, all I had to do was let her know, and she took care of the rest. I ended up buying a condo in north Inglewood, and Anna even helped me negotiate with the seller so that a new HVAC unit could be installed before I moved in. (The old HVAC unit was literally older than I am.) She has a great sense of how to balance making an offer that's competitive enough to get you in the door while also getting the most possible out of the deal for you. She has great connections for mortgage lenders, handymen, and inspectors in town. I felt very comfortable deferring to her judgment throughout the process and trusting her to organize the necessary services, because I knew she was committed to getting me the best deal. I started out as a total novice without any sort of understanding about the buying process, and Anna took the time to explain each step to me and to answer any questions I had along the way. She was easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive. Plus, she's so nice! Working with her was an absolute pleasure, and I truly couldn't have done it without her.

She was proactive in recommending homes she thought we may like and we were lucky enough to find our dream home on our first outing with her. Anna is always immediately responsive to communications and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure her clients are getting the best deal possible. Anna is a very professional and personable real estate agent. She is willing to receive calls, text, and email at anytime, and she is very prompt with a reply. She is available on weeknights and weekends to view current listings. She goes to bat and protects her clients best interest. My wife and I worked with Anna 4 months and she was excellent through the whole experience. When I sell this home she will definitely be my agent again. I can't say enough about how great she is, I could list many personal examples but just contact her and you too will soon have many positive things to say.
