There aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how awesome Anna is. We are first time homebuyers, and she helped us so much by teaching us about every stage of the home buying process and reassuring us when we felt overwhelmed.
We first contacted Anna over a year before we were ready to buy our house, and she was always willing to answer our questions and stayed in touch with us for when we were eventually ready.
Anna is friendly and knowledgeable, she will advocate for you in negotiations, and most amazing of all she always responded incredibly promptly to all our texts and calls when we had questions, even if they were at inconvenient times; Anna goes above and beyond for her clients. Anna was a pleasure to work with. She had her work cut out for her as we had some very specific wants with land being the biggest one. She was very on top of sending us pre and new listings and was very flexible in scheduling showings for us. The listings were very slim and it took a while for us to write an offer but she never pushed us to alter or bend our vision. If we ever had specific questions about a house, she was extremely quick and helpful in communicating with other realtors. Once we got into contract for our house, she made sure the process went as smooth as possible and made us feel at ease. To sum up, we had lots of laughs and fun times with Anna. Her knowledge of the area and house buying process made our life very easy!

Anna helped me sell my house and buy my new one. She went above and beyond to get me the best price for my house. She personally came and helped me on several occasions to make sure everything was perfect! She then made the buying experience so easy! I would recommend her 100 times over! I was very lucky when I decided to buy my first property that Zillow paired me with an agent like, Anna. With no experience I needed someone who would have to answer a lot of my questions and she was up to the task.  Buying land is a difficult process the due diligence required takes an agent with experience and extensive knowledge.  Assisting me along the way, Anna never hesitated to return a phone call when I had a question or request.

I could not recommend an agent any higher. Anna has that special ability to make her client feel like they are her top priority. She worked her butt off for me and I never had a doubt that I was getting the best deal and advice along the way.  Now that the deal is done and I finally have the place where I will retire I can’t thank her enough.

This was my first time selling and buying a house at the same time. Anna was there with us every step of the way. Her attention to the details and communication were excellent. Anna closed the house I sold and closed the house I was purchasing one day apart. There was literally no limbo between homes. If I ever sell this house she would be the first person I would call. Anna listened to what our needs were, kept my family in the loop of any homes that we might like daily. She was very personable and accommodating to our schedules. Anna explained the process in a way that we could understand once the house was found. She was always available. I can’t believe we got so lucky to have Anna help us find a home that we will live in for years and years. This process could have been a nightmare and it was the complete opposite. We would like to start off by saying what an amazing, kind hearted, professional and extremely motivated person Anna is. We had heard so many great things about her and how she takes time to explain everything. Even if its 8:00 pm! We were very excited to have her list our house. Throughout the process she responded promptly to every question and request I had with such a pleasant attitude. She literally helped us find and buy a house in only 1 month !!! Which is crazy right now because the market is very competitive. We are (had been *) first time home buyer’s and we could not have been more pleased with how in sync Anna was with us the whole process . First time homebuyer here. I met Anna at an open house, I turned out to be not interested in that particular property, but she gave me her business card and when the time came to start REALLY looking, I gave her a call. I'm glad I did. She asked what I was looking for in a house and set up places for me to look at that fit my needs, all in a very short timeframe, which was impressive. The house I initially wanted had many other interested parties so I was not able to get that one, but we kept looking. When she showed me the house I eventually settled on at first, I wasn't very interested, but it grew on me and I ended up really liking it. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions fast and more thorough than my lender could which was a godsend for someone like me who had no idea how the process went. She always answered her phone when I called or texted with new questions or concerns. When paperwork started to slow things down and push the closing date back with my lender, it looked like I was going to have to stay with my friend for a while because my lease was ending. But she worked directly with my loan coordinator and made sure I was able to move in before my lease ended. Overall, I'd highly recommend her for anyone interested in buying a home, especially if you have never done it before or are a bit foggy on the process and need someone to walk you through it. Thank you so much Anna!
