As a first time buyer, I was very nervous, with limited knowledge of the buying process. Anna really helped me feel comfortable with the process, and was patient with me as I went back and forth about my decision to buy. Anna went above and beyond during the purchase of our home. She was always on time when showing us houses, did her research and gave us lots of options. During the time of our contract and closing, she took care of what needed to be done and would always follow up. We met Anna when we thinking about relocating from a second home in Rockaway Park to Long Beach. Anna had a thorough knowledge of the Long Beach market and was very helpful in showing us a variety of listings. Then we decided to sell our Rockaway Park condo and gave Anna the listing. She was tireless in traveling back and forth between her home office and our condo, in having excellent pictures taken, and making several presentations, some of them at her inconvenience...but always with a cheerful disposition. We were delighted when she found a buyer and she made the entire sale just about effortless.
