I met Annakay when she was knocking on my parents door to ask if they wanted to sell their house. I told her they don't want to sell but I am looking to buy. She told me she can get me in a house by Thanksgiving (it was end of September), I believed her and it was the best decision my husband and I made. We were under contract on our first home before Thanksgiving and we successfully closed before the new year.She worked nights and weekends to find us a house. She always had a great attitude and lots of energy doing it.

I very rarely leave reviews, but with the service and experience I received it’s worth talking about. I’m a first time home owner, I reached out to a few agents and by far Annakay came out on top! She was very interactive, polite and very productive. I was able to find the home I was looking for in no time. Which is very impressive in this market. Again, it was my first time so I knew little to nothing about what was going on, she was able to walk me through the process without being annoyed and overwhelmed. My sister Annakay Lyttle. Went all out to make sure that I got the home I was looking for. She was very Responsive when it was time for me to do all my paper works. She ensure that I was very equipped with the E-:signing that I was not familiar with. If I had any questions or concerns about my paper works she would reach out to the group and see that I get a response ASAP. What I admire about Annakay is, she took the time out for all her clients and ensure that they are satisfied. I am glad I listened to her with her suggestions because I came out victorious with her instructions and her guide. If I should do this over again. I would certainly do it with Annakay. If I could rate her 10 stars I would! The home buying process always proves to be stressful however, had Annakay not been my realtor I would have thrown in the towel many times. From her kindness, knowledge and professionalism it really gets no better than her. After putting in 3 or 4 offers on homes (which were accepted but fell through), Annakay helped me purchase my first starter home. No matter what time or day, she was always responsive to my questions and needs. Her level of expertise truly is unmatched and hard to come by these days.
