Anne Barnett

Anne Barnett is president of Southern Property Services, Inc. Specializing in land, Southern Property Services has helped sellers and buyers for over 10 years. Originally from New York State, Anne earned her degree from Kent State University in Ohio. With degree in hand, she moved to Key West, where she developed and sold property. After moving to Gainesville, Florida in 1989 she obtained her commercial appraiser's license and has been appraising land for the State of Florida, timberland owners, and private individuals. As a broker, Anne has worked with many buyers and sellers, assisting with development of their property, appraising for estate and financing purposes and marketing their property.
