Anne Carroll Ratcliffe

Anne Carroll is a Charlotte native and surrounded by generations of family and friends. Having spent the last 36 years in Charlotte, she has witnessed first-hand the changes and growth in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Growing up she attended public schools in Charlotte before studying Elementary Education at Elon University. Anne Carroll has had a remarkable career as a kindergarten teacher in both public and private schools in Charlotte (Elizabeth Lane in Matthews, Dilworth Elementary, and Trinity Episcopal School in uptown Charlotte) during the last 12 years, and has made a lasting impact on children and families across the area.

After a successful career working with children and families, Anne Carroll decided to take her energy and strengths in relationship management, problem solving, and visioning into real estate, joining Helen Adams Realty in December 2020. She works alongside her clients making sure their needs and wants are not only being met, but exceeded. At the core of her business, Anne Carroll values relationships with her clients. As an expert in the Charlotte area, she is ready to walk alongside you through the home buying and selling process in the place she has grown up to know and love.
