First off this neighborhood is a pretty good neighborhood if you dint count the racist and Karens that live here. I was pretty surprised with how safe this neighborhood is because the next-door app didn't advertise it to be so. It's nice if you have kids that want side jobs, neighbors have kids that know babysitting, and lawns that are mowed
