I discovered Anne through the Boston Magazines Best of Boston edition and after working with her personally understand and agree with her multiple awards including Coldwell Banker Int't. Presidents Elite award.
I truly could not have found a more professional, detail oriented, committed real estate agent. She helped me move from out of state which can be tricky but was always a quick text or call away. When we found my dream home she advised me on making a competitive offer before the open house and competed a comparative market analysis of the home as well. She has put so much time and effort into making this process as easy as possible. She has been kind, patient, detail oriented to the closing and beyond. I highly recommend her!

Anne was my realtor earlier this year, representing me as a seller's agent for the sale of my home in Arlington, MA. I was so impressed with her and convinced that she was the best agent for me that I handed her the keys to my place within 20 minutes of meeting her. My instincts were spot-on. She worked with her husband (the contractor staging my house for sale), and had my place on the market within 6 weeks, and it sold for the best price under the circumstances (August is not the best month to sell a home) within two weeks of being listed. Anne managed my expectations, given the time of year, etc, and I have the utmost respect for her honesty and her ability to educate me on the dynamics of a complex housing market like the one in Boston (my Mom was a realtor, so I am not a complete neophyte). She also hooked me up with someone who coordinated all aspects of my move out of my home for staging, all the way through to shipping my second car to my new home in Northern CA. Anne and is very experienced, direct, and kind. There are few like her, and anyone would be fortunate to have her as either a buyer's or seller's agent.

My family and I could not have picked a better real estate agent to sell our aunt's 2 family home in Brookline, MA this past spring! After meeting with a handful of agents it was very clear to us that Anne and Coldwell Banker Realty would be our best option. The property needed some work (to put it lightly) before listing and Anne assured us that it would all be taken care of. It was and then some and everything was included as part of the standard commission. The media package put together for the listing was as professional as I have ever seen. I did not recognize the property at first from the exceptional staging, cleaning and photography work performed. The property sold immediately for more than we anticipated and throughout the entire process Anne was in constant communication with us and offering her expert advice and support. Before we started looking for our first home, my husband and I heard many horror stories about real estate in Boston e.g. bidding wars or low inventory, so we expected our house search to take up to a year. However, with Anne's help, the process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and stress-free. We found our house within only a month of searching!

Anne was very patient with our questions as first time homebuyers, and she always responded quickly to our texts and calls. During showings and open houses, her expertise in construction and real estate really shined. We could trust her to give us an honest evaluation of the house, whether it's priced fairly, what issues and fixes we should anticipate, etc. She also gave us great recommendations for loan agents and real estate lawyer; like Anne, they were also reliable, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

When we were ready to put an offer in for our current house, Anne offered a comparative market analysis to determine the estimate range our offer should be in, and advised us on how to make our offer competitive. For what is generally a stressful undertaking, she made it almost effortless for us. My partner and I were lucky enough to be referred to Anne from a friend. We were looking to purchase our first home, and after a quick phone call with Anne, we knew that she was the person we needed.

Anne was a complete pleasure to work with. I'd define her work ethic as efficient and thorough. She is a great communicator, and also has a ton of knowledge which helped us a great deal as first time homebuyers.

During the home search, Anne was knowledgeable on the "guts" of any of the homes we were looking at. Her experience helped us to make a sound decision on the property that we decided to make an offer on. She really helped us to get a very good deal on our new home, especially on how the Real Estate market has been.

We experienced a 3 month delay closing on the property due to a snag on the sellers end. Anne was always just a quick text or call away if we needed anything. We really appreciated her patience and understanding. I could imagine a Real Estate Agent becoming frustrated in a situation like this, however, Anne was always professional and helpful.

Anne Kennedy helped us find our first home in Brookline last year. Working with her was absolutely fantastic. Anne is a stellar guide to the real estate market in Greater Boston. She is pragmatic, very hard-working, and straightforward in her dealings. As first-time buyers, Anne counseled us throughout the process, helping us figure out the various pieces that go into buying and owning a home. We took our time to decide and Anne accompanied us to umpteen viewings in Brookline and Newton over several months until we found something we liked. Anne recently sold a six family house for my real estate partner and I. This was my first time selling a property and Anne basically walked me through it step by step. She coordinated with tenants for showings and everything else that's involved in selling a house. Her knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding. She leaves no stone unturned. Being the first-time homebuyers in the Boston market, we quickly realized that there were many things to look at in a house! We had no clue on how to navigate this house search and we are glad we found Anne through a friend. We were amazed by her knowledge. If we need any clarification, she had answers just a phone call away and her response was quick. She was honest with her evaluation and never rushed us.
We toured a house on one Sunday afternoon when the open-house timing was about to close. We called her immediately and expressed interest. She called the realtor and was there within an hour or so with her husband! She made a video call and both of them explained to us many things about the house. We put an offer that evening and we are happy with the decision. Anne’s entire team was nice and competent. They made the process seamless.
She even stopped by our house a month or so after we moved into the house, and coincidentally we were picking colors that day, and she helped us pick the colors too! What we realized through the entire process is that Anne wants to help you find the home you are looking for and not push something at you. Thank you, Anne!!

I have bought and sold a dozen homes and properties over the years. In all of those transactions I always thought the percent of the sale that the Realtors got was excessive. That was not the case with Anne. If anything, it seemed that she was underpaid for how much time and effort she put into the recent sale she did for us. She was a force of nature when the inevitable obstacles reared their ugly head and she always found solutions to keep the deal on track. Many times We heard about problems with the sale only after she had solved them. I cannot recommend Anne enough.
