Anne Kim

Anne Kim understands how to get to the heart of her clients' real estate needs and successfully meets the challenge of fulfilling them. As a lifelong New York City resident, she has the knowledge and experience of working with the variety of co-ops, condominiums, and investment properties. Her goal is to provide her clients with the tools and education they need to make sound real estate decisions.

Anne takes pride in providing honest, ethical guidance and closely listens to transform the often stressful process of buying, selling and renting into an enjoyable experience. She has been working in real estate sales for over 10 years, completing transactions with various local and overseas clients from such countries as South Korea, Beijing, London, Kuwait, and Israel. She also works within one of the top producing team in Douglas Elliman, hence has a strong sense of what the pulse is in the current market, giving her a leg up in negotiations, as well as providing her clients with an upfront view of the current state of the market.

Anne’s client-focused approach has rewarded her well. At the end of her first year in the industry, she received a coveted "Rookie of the Year" award. She was also one of the top 10 producing individual brokers of 2012 in her office. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Anne worked as an award-winning graphic designer for various Fortune 500 companies such as Sony, Morgan Stanley, and Cablevision. Anne's training as a designer provides her with essential marketing and visual skills that help her to successfully carry out her clients' real estate needs.

Anne is a graduate of Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. When she's not working for her clients, Anne enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, designing her own jewelry and furniture lines and reading The New York Times from front to back. Anne is also bilingual, speaking English and Korean.
