Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. It took her no time to understand what we were looking for. She was always super easy to contact and incredibly fast with her responses. Definitely took a lot of the stress out of purchasing our new home. Started looking the first week of January 2022 and closed February 24th. Her quick turnaround time and diligence allowed us to nab the lowest mortgage rate before the market shifted and for that I'm so incredibly great to her and the entire group.

Anne helped me out so much through my home buying process. At the beginning of the whole process she took all the info she needed, such as neighborhoods I was interested in and price points, and sent me properties that met my criteria almost daily. My husband and I decided to sell our home of 31 years in July 2021. This was our home where we raised our children and it held so many memories. Needless to say, we had many emotions to work through. Thanks to Anne and her team at McDowell Homes, whe walked us through all of it with understanding and the utmost professionalism. With her team, and arsenal of tools we had our home on the market in two weeks and it sold OVER asking in 7 days. With the market the way it is, we didn't think we could find our dream home so quickly, but once again, Anne made it happen.
