Anne Lakusta

Lakusta has grown the office from approximately 165 licensed realtors to approximately 400 realtors and business owners. Lakusta brings to her position tremendous experience and expertise in the industry, along with extensive involvement in the community. She has 22 years of real estate experience in the area, and prior to her current role, she headed The Anne Lakusta Team with its four licensed agents, listing coordinator, and marketing assistant. Lakusta was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2004 and recognized for Platinum Club level production in 2007. Anne Lakusta served on the Lewisville ISD Board of Trustees from 1994 to 2003, and as its President from 1998 to 2003. Lakusta was on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County from 2004 to 2008 and is now on the Advisory Council for the Center. Lakusta is an active member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce and St. Ann’s Church in Coppell.

In addition to her roles in the community, Lakusta is also a Certified Leadership Coach through Keller Williams' MAPS coaching program. Lakusta enjoys coaching other real estate leaders across the country, guiding her clients through accountability and living by intention, while also discussing trends, forecasts, and opportunities in the industry.
