If you are on the eastern shore of Maryland or Delaware and looking to purchase, sell, or even just understand the local real estate market there is no team better than team Bouse House. Rob and Anne-Marie have shown us many properties over the years and are always available and punctual. Their first-hand knowledge of the local real estate market is paramount when buying in a competitive resort town. They make you feel like family, and they have you (their clients) best interest at heart.

They currently helped us navigate a purchase in Selbyville, Delaware. They worked tirelessly to ensure that we were getting a fair deal, and they took care of everything on the back end which made purchasing the home very easy. Their attention to detail through the entire homebuying process went above and beyond what I could have expected.

We have also chosen team Bouse House to sell our current property in Berlin, Maryland.

If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Maryland Delaware Atlantic Coast local, CALL ANNE-MARIE BOUSE!!! We started out with another agency (Redfin), which had no care or concern for our time. We called Anne-Marie, and she met us within the hour. She made time for us. Every time. She shared her knowledge and experiences with the locality in which she has lived and worked for many years, and got us in our house within 2 weeks. If you go with anyone else, you'll be making a mistake!

Absolutely she is incredible!!! Several months ago we were looking for a house. We knew what we wanted but not where. There were many houses that fit our checklist, on paper.... But we're different in certain ways. Anne-Marie was very patient and had recommendations that we viewed. We found a house in a nice area and close to family. Buying a home should be one of the biggest thrills of your life. At the same time it could be one of the most stressful experiences. For Melissa and I, it was all thrills! When you hear of all the experiences different people have had, you prepare yourself for the worst. We have Rob and Anne-Marrie to thank for a smooth purchase. If we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. They moved at our pace but expedited things when needed. Financing, inspection, appraisel etc...
