Where do I begin, Ann Marie went above and beyond from the first second of our house hunt. She was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every one of my questions. She was always available whenever needed. Not only is she a great realtor, but she has become a great friend and forever a part of our family! Thanks for everything Ann Marie!!

We worked exclusively with Anne Marie during our relocation back to central New York. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience from start to finish. Anne Marie listened to our entire wish list and showed us many homes in great local neighborhoods around the Syracuse area. She was knowledgeable and experienced during the process, always finding time to answer our calls and be responsive to our questions. She also helped to guide us through our experiences with the home inspector, mortgage lenders and real estate lawyers all the way through our closing date. She was upfront and honest with us, especially when difficult decisions needed to be made during the home viewing / offering process. We can’t say enough good things about our experience and we always felt like her main priority throughout the process and that she always had our best interests first. Would highly recommend working with Anne Marie from Howard Hanna as she led us to our dream home!
