Anne McCrann

Although Anne is a native New Yorker, she has called the beautiful Ocean State home since 1999. She began her career in real estate after many years in the hospitality business. The real estate bug infected her after purchasing her current home in Warwick. For Anne, real estate is so much more than facilitating a transaction. When she helps a client find their perfect house, she is looking beyond the bones of the house and visualizing her client in the kitchen preparing a holiday meal or planting a vegetable garden in their new backyard.

When she lists a property for sale, she understands that she is handling the sale of a home, complete with all the memories that households, whether that be decades long or just a few years. She prides herself on bringing the same enthusiasm and integrity to every interaction.

Anne has served as a board member of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors since 2018. Under the guidance of her many mentors, she has risen to the position of President-Elect of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors. She is also a multi-year Diamond Sales Award Recipient (Northern RI Board of Realtors), Accredited Buyers’ Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and an endorsed member of NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program.

Anne prides herself on giving back to her community and being a part of organizations and fundraisers that inspire her. She happily volunteers for community Earth Day Cleanups, has proudly served as a volunteer on the Ronald McDonald House Providence Fundraising Committee, and takes part in the Warwick Community Supporting Good Night Lights at Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

Despite her New York roots, she is a die-hard New England Patriots fan. On game day, if she is not at Gillette Stadium, she is glued to the television watching her favorite team. In the off season, she can be found in her large vegetable garden trying to keep her yellow lab Henry, from digging up the plants. When she does take vacations, they are usually close to home like Newport, Cape Cod, and Maine. To her, home is her favorite place to be.
