We used Anne to both sell our home and purchase a new home. Anne did an excellent job from the pre-listing consultation through the closing of our new home. Based on her experience and knowledge of the market, she helped us navigate perplexing market conditions and come up with a winning strategy to sell our home for a great price. Anne gave us insight as to what we had to do, as well as what not to do, in order to get our home ready for sale and her advice saved us a substantial amount of money. Her pricing strategy resulted in a quick offer and her negotiation skills resulted in an offer over asking with great terms. Other homes in our price range that were competitors of our home, did not sell in a timely manner and many had to reduce their prices substantially. I believe it was Anne’s expertise, advice, and great marketing strategy that got our home a lot of interest resulting in a quick offer. Anne was also instrumental in finding us a new home we love and negotiating some great terms in that transaction as well. Anne was a pleasure to work with as she is always responsive, pleasant, and was patient with us and all our questions and concerns. She was very easy to work with and quick to respond. She'd follow up with the seller and contact me immediately which is nice. No waiting around wondering if she got my message. She was polite and professional, and also recommended a home inspector who turned out to be fantastic.
