Anne Powell has been in the residential real estate industry for over 17 years, is licensed as an Associate Broker in both Delaware and Maryland and is a consistent top performer who puts the success of her clients as her number one goal. Anne is a designated Resort Second Home Property Specialist, a Luxury Property Specialist and a Million Dollar Guild Member. Anne holds a BS in Finance and an M.Ed. in Education both from the Univ. of Delaware.

Past experience and skills include Financial Manager/Management Program Graduate with American Express, Instructor/Advisor/Curriculum Developer with Delaware Technical Community College and Researcher at the Univ. of Delaware.
