Anne was very professional and always gave use good advice. She puts a personal touch by doing some light staging to get the buyer to imagine themselves in the home. She was quick to respond to any questions and concerns we may have had and explained the process and procedures in a way that put our minds at ease. We came to Florida for 2 weeks in September to look for a house. .Anna showed us 12 houses the first day and a lot more over the next few days. We did find one in a quite neighborhood. She was very professional. everything at closing went smooth and we took possession. the night before we left for Michigan.

Anne was a joy to work with. Very patient and very willing to show me houses that met my needs. She stayed in contact and kept me motivated even when I got outbid on a house. She made the inspection and closing process so easy and helped me with negotiations and recommendations for inspectors. On closing day she brought a gift bag for me which was so thoughtful! I cant recommended her enough, especially if you are new to the area.
