The best realtor in the county! Moving from another state can be really difficult, but with Anne helping us, it made it made our house hunting a enjoyable experience. It took 10.5 months to sell our other house and Anne always kept in touch with helpful hints and encouragement. Once we sold our home, Anne was there sending me all the listings she thought we were interested in. We only looked at 3 houses before we found the perfect house for us. We love it! My wife and I just closed on our first house and it would have never happened if it weren't for Anne and her team professionals. When we first spoke, she didn't ask me a bunch of questions trying to get us in the system. She wanted to know what we had in mind for our first home. she took the time to listen and understand our needs. after providing us with a list of options, we narrowed the list to 5 locations. We met on a Saturday morning where she had set up a walk through for all of them. She was very patient with us since we had our two little ones along for the ride. she answered every question we had about each property right there on the spot and there were hesitations. After we made a decision, she immediately put in the request and took the house off the market. she provided us with a very detailed list of all the requirements and directed us to one of her loan officer who walked us through the entire process. Anne is a great realtor we moved cross country and Anne worked with us for months until we were able to come to West Virginia on a house hunting trip we were only going to be here for a short time. The first day we went out to look at houses she had printed out information on each house for us to make notes on. We looked at about 15 houses in one day and made an offer on a house the first day we were able to set up a house inspection before we left West Virginia she always kept us up to date on everything.
