Anne was all you could ask for in a realtor and more. Her kind and honest approach gained my trust from the start. We bought under rushed circumstances and she was knowledgeable and patient. She basically handle our buy for us while we moved from another state. We were out bid by multiple buyers, but she worked out other ways to sweeten our offer. She won us the home we wanted in the craziest market. She helped me find a school for my children and a church for my family to attend. Anne went above and beyond to help my family settle in Louisville. She helped long after the check was cashed. I mention her greatness every chance I get! She is the best and I will use her again to sell this home when I leave.

During Covid my husband and I were trying to buy a condo in Louisville while we lived in another state. Anne was extremely helpful finding condos to look at that met our needs, walk us through the condos using FaceTime, follow up on questions or concerns we had, and assist us through the closing process which we had to do through the mail. She was always quick to respond and would get walkthrough appointments usually the same day. Even after closing on the property she would respond to our questions and recommend carpet cleaners, plumbers, a/c businesses etc. She was always professional and up front about the challenges in buying a home and how to construct an offer to help up get the place we wanted. She made the process of buying a home so much easier during a difficult time.

Anne is an excellent realtor!

Last Christmas (2020), I visited Louisville as I often do. Thoughts of moving here permanently, from my life in Iowa, were on my mind. My sister, who lives here, and I, met with Anne to discuss the type of home I was looking for. It was a very specific list and I thought it might take some time for Anne to find it for me. Little did I know she would work endless hours until she found it. Much to my excitement, she found my new home in January! I flew down here to see it, fell in love with it, and we closed early in February. Amazing! :)

Anne took care of everything for me. All of the details/paperwork were done with very little effort on my part, all from 600 miles away.

Not only is Anne an amazing realtor, she is a wonderfully, nice person. I am grateful she helped me and made a large, life changing event effortless.

I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Anne has an amazing joy for her job, she seemed to have as much fun exploring homes and their hidden value as we did. She also has spot on instincts for people. I found that she touched on things I wanted in my new home that I didn’t even realize. Because of her input my husband and I bought a fixer home. She pointed out that the room next to the primary had a walk in closet that by simply taking down some drywall we could build a doorway into the room to turn that bedroom into our primary closet. That allowed us to demo the small old bathroom and attached closets in the primary bath to create our large dream bathroom. Plus, the hallway outside that room had a laundry chute into the connecting wall that she pointed out we could easily access to run plumbing and electrical to move and stack the laundry upstairs into our new “closet” which we did, and it is huge and beautiful. Without her insight I don’t know that we would have had the inspiration we needed to take on this project. We told her we wanted a fixer upper, we got one! Also, this seller was moments away from foreclosure and we got it at 11% below market value! We are so happy with our new home! I will always look to Anne for all my realtor needs, also for my friends and my family.

Anne listed and sold our home of 25 years and was our agent in purchasing a large live to work building. She knew exactly what we needed to do to sell our sweet home and she worked wonders on a deal with our new home. She works so hard for you! She is known to other agents which is a bonus as it is obvious that they respect her and know she has her client's best interest at heart! Have a home to sell or looking to purchase, I would highly recommend Anne Wegert! Oh and she'll set you up with great loan and closing agents too!
