Annemarie was truly a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming, so she was able to lead me in the right direction when I didn’t know where to go or what to do. I felt heard and respected, something I didn’t feel with previous realtors. We used Anne Marie to buy our first home. From start to finish she was wonderful. She clearly cared about us as individuals and what we were looking for, asking intelligent questions to help us narrow down our options. I was quite pleasantly surprised at how accessible she was -- always available for a phone chat to answer any questions that popped up and rapidly responding to emails. She put us in touch with other trusted professionals who did a great job in handling our legal and financial needs. During negotiations she always had our interests in mind and went above and beyond in securing us the best price.

Even after the sale when her work was done she continued to be engaged by sending pizza to our new home on move-in day (which came at exactly the right time and was very welcome!) She checked in from time to time to make sure we were settling in and everything was great with the home.

With her depth of knowledge and ease to work with we can’t recommend her enough!
