If you're in the need of a real estate professional, look no further..... Annette should be your go to! I was provided her name and contact information from a friend who had recently purchased a home in the Jacksonville area. With this being the second referral, I was a little on the hesitant side. I called and left a message. Annette responded rather quickly, we chatted for a bit and she ask when was a good time for me to talk, so she could gather some information. I called her back the next day and I am ever so happy I did! She was/is very attentive, detail oriented, personable, professional and super responsive.
During this very hot market she was always very positive when our offers were declined. However; when I found "the house" she, with help of her team, moved quickly to get a showing booked and we were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted prior to the open house being done, all while we were on the west coast and she on the east coast.

I've worked with several realtors over the years, Annette was always 2 steps ahead of whatever was needed. Organized, professional, quick to respond to your calls no matter what time of day! She even kept my mortgage broker in line to insure an easy close! I would highly recommend Annette!

Annette was such a pleasure to work with! She was referred by a friend and from our initial introduction over the phone, I knew Annette was the realtor for us! She was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us understand our rights as veterans using a VA home loan and encouraged us to submit an offer with our VA home loan. In addition, we worked with Annette while we were out of state. We found a home we were interested in and Annette didn't hesitate to visit the home and send us videos. She even accommodated my silly requests of seeing the closet space, kitchen cabinets, and pantry. She understood storage was important to us and didn't hesitate a bit to show us every inch of the property virtually....it was like we were there in the home with her! With Annette's help, the crazy market didn't seem too crazy and she helped us get our very first offer accepted! We were pleasantly surprised! We didn't get to meet Annette until we moved to FL and have our official walk through of our new home and it was like we were working together in person the entire time. Annette is very warming and welcoming and I recommend anyone in Northeast Florida to work with Annette on your real estate needs. I can not speak highly enough of Annette. She not only helped me sell my condo in Ponte Vedra Beach, she also helped me find and close on my new home all within in the time frame of 2 months! This was the first property I've ever sold and the first newly built home I ever purchased. I'm not sure I would have been as successful without her guidance. She was with me every step of the way and continues to be helpful after I've closed and moved into my new home. You won't find a more personable, knowledgeable, or involved realtor! Annette worked so hard to help us find the perfect house. She made sure she took into account all the things we wanted and all the things we didn't need or want to help match us to the right home. She wasn't pushy and acknowledged our worries and fears about a particular property, reminding us that if we were bothered by something while looking, we'd be bothered in six months, or a year, or years after we'd purchased. She was also really patient with our kids and even distracted them so the adults could have a word or peak around a house. We appreciated her every step of the way. We found the neighborhood and the home that was just right for our family. She did so much leg work to help us figure out if we wanted to build, or buy an established home. She ran the numbers, helped us understand what we were undertaking, and helped us stay positive during the whole process. When we found the right house, Annette coached us in making an offer that was just right, helped us negotiate all aspects of the purchase and looked out for us the entire time. She helped keep us organized throughout the contract process and helped us manage all the many pieces as we bought our house. We love Annette and would recommend her hands down, 100%.
