Annette Fraley

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. and now living in Corona, Ca. since 2002. Annette made her start in Mortgage Servicing from 1998-2004. Making her way through the corporate ladder until 2005 when she became a realtor and obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2008. She worked with the prestigious luxury home brokerage Sotheby’s International Realty, where she gained priceless expertise in luxury home marketing and refined the ability to provide her clients with personal and exceptional service. She holds a strong work ethic, negotiating skills and her expertise and knowledge give her the opportunity to help many families! This has driven her career, reputation and earned her many prestigious recognitions in her organizations such as LeadingEdge Society Award from 2009- 20013 with Prudential California Realty. Top 1% while working for an Inc. 500 firm Intero Real Estate Services. Honored as one of the top 250 real estate agents in the nation in 2015,2016 and 2019 NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Annette was also honored with the prestigious award of Latina pioneer from the CHCC (California Hispanic Chamber of commerce).
Annette has had an entrepreneur heart since a noticeably early age, being of service and in the community comes naturally in her family. This is one of the most rewarding parts of her career. She currently oversees multiple successful businesses. Synergy One Real Estate Group of EXP Realty a Residential real estate firm, Safeguard Escrow Inc., franchises with HomeVestors “We buy ugly houses” and a cannabis business in cultivation and medicinal purpose.
As a Latina woman, Annette has never been afraid to start current trends and break barriers in this male dominate industries. Focusing on each individual needs and staying laser-focused with each task. Valuing and respecting everybody’s time, and input in getting the job done as efficiently and skillfully as possible. As a result, she has built a strong business and is always looking for new ways to expand her business through marketing and networking.

She is married to the love of her life for over 16 years, Sharing 3 beautiful boy and an artistically amazing daughter. Annette recognizes these are some of the strongest driving forces of her life.
