About Annette

Annette’s involvement in real estate began in March 1983 as co-owner of a commercial real estate brokerage. She was responsible for thirty-five full-time agents and administrative staff. Her company owned and managed office buildings and shopping centers throughout Tampa Bay. In 2001, Annette transitioned to residential real estate, joining Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. In 2004, she affiliated with RE/MAX whose philosophy is more in alignment with her entrepreneurial nature. She successfully survived the real estate “run-up,” the great recession, and the resulting real estate market nosedive and business during a pandemic.

Annette is a full-time agent. She is hands-on and she is present every step of the way. You will work directly with her and have her full attention. She truly cares about her clients and works diligently to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Annette has sold horse ranches, waterfront properties, celebrity homes, and properties in unique situations. She is an agent that seeks solutions and results. She was an early adopter of YouTube and profiled in New York Times contributor, Michael Miller’s book “YouTube for Business.” Annette was also ABC Action News “Featured Agent” and “MLS Expert.” She was an International Mastermind speaker “Best Practices for Success” series. Annette is the developer of CIS Score, a pro-active way for sellers to participate in the pricing of their property. She is also honored to be a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
