My wife and I are new to Nashville in 2020, new parents this summer, as well as being first time home buyers. In an extremely competitive market and adding on top of that the challenging year we are in, Annette was essential in helping us navigate the purchasing process. She was honest, professional, diligent, respectful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and a great listener. We felt like a priority to her and that our happiness was most important. We found an amazing home in a wonderful neighborhood in one of our desired locations, East Nashville. Being new to the area, Annette was also very helpful in providing local information and getting us acclimated to our new city. Because I don’t see us moving for a long time, we don’t consider her our realtor anymore, just a good friend. We would highly recommend Annette to anyone that is ready to find their next home!
