I have worked with Annette on two occasions. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business. She is the ultimate professional. She recently helped me sale my home of 34 years and purchase my new home. It was a stressful time for me, but she was right there with me thru the entire process. Although it’s very rare these days, Annette was always available to answer my questions. My calls, text messages or emails were answered almost immediately. I don’t know how she does it. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.

Annette was recommended to us by friends, and we couldn't have been any luckier! As first time home buyers, we didn't have a clue about the ins and outs of buying a home. Annette was very patient with us and held our hand every step of the way. She is very communicative and prompt, which is a must when facing so many choices and deadlines. Annette was referred to me from my high school friend who sold his home in the DC Area. As a Realtor in Illinois, I had the pleasure of working with Annette on property located in DC. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide me through this process. Annette was able to secure a contractor at an incredible rate and handled negotiations with the granite company and flooring company. She made sure we maximized every dollar that was spent on my house prior to getting it on the market and it worked. We obtained numerous offers within the first few days. This was after I tried to sell the same home without a realtor for 45 days and had 0 offers. She was always accessible and we worked together to form a gameplan that worked.

As a first time homebuyer, I was somewhat intimidated by the whole process, but Annette was so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable that everything felt like a breeze. Annette helped my partner purchase her first home in Washington, DC. She was new to the area, so she definitely needed someone she could trust. Fast forward seven years, my partner and I decided it was time to move out of the city. Naturally, my partner suggested we work with Annette.

As a first-time home buyer, all I can say is that I'm glad Annette is who we worked with. Her warm nature is so comforting - like she's never met a stranger. Annette was so patient with me and more than willing to share and explain basic home buyer concepts.
